12-week Ultimate CrossFit® Open preparation
12-week science-backed programming to optimally prepare you for the Open, starting on December 11th 2023.
We begin with six weeks of building endurance through intervals and zone 2 training. Next, we shift focus to gymnastics and weightlifting to enhance your efficiency in movement. In the final four weeks, we'll sharpen your skills with short, intense WODs. We'll taper off a week before the Open to ensure you're competition-ready.
