  • 8-week HYBRID training plan - TEST your fitness

    Your chance to participate in a testing protocol and contribute to the CrossFit® and Functional Fitness community. We want to study the ‘interference’ effect in hybrid sports. Basically, whether strength training interferes with conditioning and vice versa.

     

    By signing-up to this program you will be randomly assigned to one of two groups.
     

    Group A: 8 weeks of regular CrossFit® / Hybrid training

    - 4-5 sessions per week

    - Strength part followed by WOD

    - 8 weeks of linear build up

     

    Group B : Receives the EXACT same training plan as group A, but the structure is different:

    - 4-5 sessions a week

    - Odd weeks – strength only (no wod)

    - Even weeks – only WODs

    What we ask from you:

    • 80% of training session logged

    • Participation in the ‘pre’ and ‘post’ training tests

    • Dedication

    • 6 months of CrossFit® / Hybrid training experience
