8-week running plan ¦ coached
Looking for a running program that takes your training to the next level? Our 8-week program offers more than just a workout plan. With our detailed running programming, you'll receive the tools you need to improve your endurance, speed, technique and overall performance. We start together May 22nd - your program will be shared in the weekend of May 20-21st.
But that's not all - you'll also get one coached session per week in a group of 12 where you'll focus on intervals and technique. The coached session will proceed every Wednesday starting May 24th from 6-7PM or from 7-8PM and will be held at Sihlcity, Zurich.
Additionally, you'll have access to our expert coaches via our online platform for additional support.
