WOD-SCIENCE fitness challenge

Join a fitness challenge designed to push your limits and measure your capabilities against the wod-science community.

On top of the personal gains from improved fitness, an array of enticing prizes await the participants. The top three male and female performers will be rewarded with a substantial share of the sign-up pot as follows:
First place: Takes home 30% of the pot
Second place: Earns 15% of the pot
Third place: Receives 5% of the pot
** 10% prize money top-up by Train.Red
 
But that's not all! Six fortunate athletes (M/F), will be selected at random to receive one of the following prizes:

You don't need a home gym or CrossFit gym to participate. The only requisites are a rower, a barbell, plates, and an unyielding spirit to push past your perceived fitness limits.
