This is a progressive ramp test to exhaustion using either a bike or rowing ergometer.

Service Description

Intensity is gradually increased until the athlete reaches full exhaustion. Throughout the test, we collect: 📈 Lactate values at each stage 🟣 Muscle oxygen saturation (SmO2) using NIRS technology 💡 Data to determine your thresholds and optimal training zones You’ll receive a full performance report and individualized training recommendations to guide your conditioning and endurance programming. Duration: ~90 minutes total. 60 min testing and 30 min online consult explaning your test results Includes: 30-minute consultation and explanation of your results Location: Attakk Studios, Zürich 👉 Ideal for athletes who want to improve endurance, understand their lactate profile, or structure smarter Zone 2/threshold sessions.
