🙌 A very accessible workout where the difficulty lies in the pacing rather than the movements themselves.
👀 Strategy: go hard the first round, throttle down for the middle rounds to a pace just below your threshold, then sprint the last couple of minutes. Think about a 5K row, pacing strategy should be similar.
