🍔 Food portion and energy intake.
🍽 Men and women were given normal food portions or 50% larger portions for 11 consecutive days in the lab. The larger portions led to a substantial (+423kcal/day) increase in food intake, with no diminishment of the effect after 11 days.
💡 When loosing weight is the goal, substantially reducing food portions seems to be a good idea.
