What is more important for your health: being fit or being skinny?

🤸🏻‍♀️For health purposes, of course ideally you maintain a reasonable weight while having a decent fitness level.


🙅🏻‍♀️However, for some people it's really hard to lose weight and exercise doesn't always seem to help much with that goal, either.


🤔But does this mean exercise wouldn't be important? Or is exercising maybe even more important than maintaining a normal weight?
